Presenter Liaisons (4)
The opportunity:
STC Eastern Ontario hosts a live, one-hour webinar each month on topics of interest to the technical writing community. Topics range from communicating and collaborating in GitHub to growing your organizational influence as a technical writer to collaborating with developers. Presenters hail from Google, Salesforce, IBM and other high-tech companies. Registration is open to anyone and tickets are available via Eventbrite.
The position:
Presenter Liaisons act as the main point of contact with the presenter. Prior to the presentation, they answer any questions the presenter might have and facilitate a 15-minute Adobe Connect orientation session. During the presentation, they are responsible for starting the Adobe Connect meeting, starting the teleconference and responding to participant questions via chat.
The commitment :
- 3 hours total
